Completing the workshop registration by snail-mail

Choose the type of workshop you want to attend.
Choose the dates for the workshop that you want to attend.
Complete all information on the Workshop Registration Form
Sign it.
Add the payment.
Mail it to the address at the bottom of the form.

When your Workshop Registration Form is received and accepted you will receive a Welcome Letter  if your registration is received more than two weeks before the start of the workshop in the mail.
